Luxurious villas in Stavros, Crete

Joy's Villas is a brand-new property located in the magnificent and traditional village of Stavros, Chania. These Villas in Stavros, Crete, are 20 minutes away from Chania International Airport and only 30 minutes from the Old Town and Venetian Harbor of Chania.

The property occupies a land area of 4,000 sqm, where you can find four independent, luxurious villas that can accommodate six guests in three bedrooms, two bathrooms, one living area, a private outdoor space, a private outdoor pool, a fully equipped kitchen, and spacious private parking. Every villa is beautifully designed and consists of one bedroom on the ground floor and two bedrooms on the first floor. All villas are identical, except that in Villas 1 and 2, the ground floor bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, while in Villas 3 and 4, the ground floor bathroom is independent of the bedroom.

Each one of our Villas in Stavros, Crete, is set in a peaceful and private environment. Here you can enjoy the majestic view of the Cretan Sea and the calm and quiet surrounding area.

The village of Stavros is an ideal vacation destination where you can find all the essential amenities (supermarket, restaurants, cafes, market). Above all, you have the freedom to choose from a variety of sandy beaches located nearby, like Pachia Ammos beach, Kalathas beach, or Tersanas beach.

Stavros' breathtaking beach (Zorba's beach) is best known as the location where the legendary sirtaki dance in Zorba the Greek was filmed. It is a pleasant 15-minute walk from your front door, while the magnificent Pachia Ammos beach is just a 10-minute walk. The beach is surrounded by a circular bay with a port at the edge, and right next to it, you will find the organized and "Blue Flag"-awarded beach, where you can enjoy the sea and sun.

Discover Stavros Beach

You will find our Villas in Stavros, Crete. Stavros is a beautiful village and beach in the Akrotiri district of the city of Chania, Crete, Greece. It is an excellent spot for a relaxing holiday, where you can enjoy the famous 'Zorba Beach,' known for its circular shape. There, you can swim in some of the most spectacular and pristine waters you'll find anywhere in the world. Stavros Beach is only 19 km away from Chania and the old Venetian Harbor, making it a 30-minute drive at most, or 40 minutes if you use the public bus service.

Next to Stavros, there are many beaches (like Loutraki and Tersanas) where you can go swimming. At Kalathas Beach, you have the opportunity to take lessons in water skiing, windsurfing, and scuba diving. You will also find a canteen and a restaurant built on the beach, as well as a beach volleyball court. Marathi, which consists of two adjacent beaches, is another great alternative for swimming and relaxation, offering an excellent variety of local taverns.

This was one of the cleanest places I've ever stayed. The host went out his way to be hospitable and it was very genuine. I enjoyed all the amenities and although it was a little bit too cool for me to get in the pool I enjoyed looking at it while eating and drinking. If you want to truly relax in Crete, this is the spot for you... no complaints from me, just wished I could have stayed longer. Will definitely be back in the future.

Spent a lovely week at Joy's Villas - super clean, modern, swimming pool was great, neighbourhood quiet, and hosts super friendly (we went through airbnb). I secretly want to keep this spot from blowing up so it doesnt get too busy with bookings but totally recommending 10/10.

One of the best places I've ever visited. Super clean, charming and family friendly spot on Crete. The property manager, Marcela, as well as the owner himself took care of us almost every day asking if we need anything. We've been gifted with a super sweet and juicy watermelon as well as some vegetables growing in the garden next door. Yummy! Super clean private pool area is also worth mentioning.
